Gravity

A série “Gravity”, parte de um momento da série “Connection”, onde todos os esboços foram feitos com os olhos do inconsciente. Não me permiti olhar para as telas, todas foram criadas de olhos fechados, tendo em vista apenas duas coisas: a força da gravidade me puxando para a terra e a força do crer, do imaginário, me puxando para o céu, para cima.
Newton falou da gravidade como uma constante queda livre, Einstein postulou que a gravidade é tão poderosa que impõe curvas até para a luz… Queda e curvas de luz são as principais matérias dessas novas obras.
Gravity é uma serie totalmente vinda da minha visão de mundo pelo inconsciente, da minha percepção do sentir. As linhas que vêm e vão sobre a pessoa figurada são como os nossos sentimentos, em constante mudança durante todo o dia, durante toda a vida.
Subindo e descendo, em constante movimento, imaginando, criando ou se enraizando, encaixando, fazendo parte.

É uma das quatro forças fundamentais da natureza
É a atração mutua
Todas as partículas de matéria que se atraem entre si
É o mover continuo
É o espaço e o tempo
É como estar em uma constante queda livre
É o real e o imaginário
É o tangível e o intangível
É o calor do encontro entre os corpos
O ritmo dos batimentos dentro do peito
A dualidade de sentimentos
É a nossa interpretação do mundo e da realidade
É o movimento
É o tocar e o sentir
São as veias percorrendo toda nossa pele
É o ver e o crer
É Deus, em todas as suas formas
São os sentimentos aflorados, os enraizamentos e a liberdade do plano imaginário.

É a Gravidade.

Series created in 2020, during the pandemic, is part of a moment of the “Connection” series, where all the sketches were made with the eyes of the unconscious. He did not allowed himself to look at the canvases, they were all created with his eyes closed, with only two things in mind: the force of gravity pulling me down to earth, and the force of belief, of the imaginary, pulling me up to the sky. Newton spoke of gravity as a constant free fall, Einstein postulated that gravity is so powerful that it forces curves to light… Fall and light curves are the main subjects of these new works. Gravity is a series totally coming from the worldview through Juca’s unconscious, from his perception of feeling. The lines that come and go on the figurative person are like our feelings, constantly changing throughout the day, throughout life. Going up and down, in constant movement, imagining, creating or being rooted, fitting in, being part of. It is one of the four fundamental forces of nature. It is mutual attraction. All particles of matter attract each other. It is a continuous movement. It is space and time. It is like being in a constant free fall. It is the real and the imaginary. It is the tangible and the intangible. It is the warmth of the meeting between bodies. The rhythm of the beats inside the chest. The duality of feelings. It is our interpretation of the world and reality. It is the movement. It’s the touching and feeling. It is the veins running through our skin. It is seeing and believing. It is God, in all of his forms. It is the feelings blooming, the roots, and the freedom from the imaginary plane. It is Gravity.
